HysteriCoach
HysteriCoach is an original, loud, and hilarious party game for 4 to 14 players, where two “football teams” face off in a match of frantic communication and pure mayhem.
Each team is made up of one coach and several players. All players from a team sit on the same side of the table, while their coach stands behind the opposing team, watching their own side of the field from across the table—just like a real match sideline.
The Setup
The game includes:

A gridded football field board

Wooden soccer player figures with numbers on both sides

Action cards showing required player positions

Dice for resolving shots on goal
Each player controls one or more wooden soccer figures, based on their assigned shirt number. The coach draws an Action Card, which only they can see.
The Chaos Begins
The coach must guide their team to recreate the exact formation shown on the Action Card—but with severe communication limits:

❌ No pointing

❌ No calling players by number
The coach can only shout the fictional player names (deliberately long and absurd) and use gestures and mime, just like a real-life football coach losing their mind on the sidelines.
Whenever a figure reaches the correct position, the coach yells “PASS IT!”
When the final player is placed, the coach screams “SHOOOOOT!”
Everything stops.
If the formation matches the Action Card exactly, the last player to move a figure rolls a die to attempt to score a goal. Make more goals than the opposing team to win the match.
Penalties & Pressure
Coaches are penalized for forbidden actions—such as pointing, using numbers, or failing to reproduce the formation correctly—adding even more tension and laughter to every round.
