Noria is the debut title of designer Sophia Wagner, winner of the Spiel des Jahres Fellowship in 2015. Created as a fully original steampunk universe, the game is beautifully brought to life by renowned artists Michael Menzel and Klemens Franz.

At the heart of the game lies an innovative and unique mechanism known as “wheel building.” Each player controls an action wheel made up of three rotating rings, fitted with various action discs. Over the course of the game, players acquire new discs and carefully rotate and optimize their wheel to plan increasingly efficient turns. Timing and foresight are everything.

To ensure that your grand investments truly pay off, you’ll also need to bribe politicians with knowledge, balancing economic growth with political influence.
