🕵️ Dubious – Doubt Is in the Air!

How much can you really tell about a person from their clothes, their mood, or the contents of their bag? In Dubious, everyone is hiding something—and it’s your job to figure out what.

🎯 Objective

Convince the group that they’ve correctly guessed your character’s occupation and secret, while you do the same for everyone else. The best listener and sharpest detective wins.

🧩 How It Plays

• Each player creates a character with:

  • An occupation

  • A secret

• On your turn, you’ll:

  • Answer five probing questions about your character

  • Reveal clues through storytelling, tone, and subtle hints

• Meanwhile, all players must:

  • Listen carefully to others’ answers

  • Deduce who’s who based on what’s said—and what’s not said

The challenge? Give just enough information to guide the group… without making it too obvious.
